Through this post I will share my cellulite failures, what in my opinion is by far the best cellulite treatment, and how it helped me get rid of all my cellulite in 2 months.

I started having cellulite when I was young, but it only started to look really bad, during the pregnancy with my second child. That’s when I knew that I need to find a good cellulite treatment, and to get rid of cellulite.

The 1st thing I tried were anti cellulite massages. Since near my sister lives a masseuse, specialized in massages for cellulite removal, I started seeing her twice per week.

After 15 sessions I couldn’t see almost any results, and since everything used to take me close to 1 hour and half altogether with driving there and they were not cheap, I decided to stop doing them. Since a 45 minutes massage was $ 50, I spent more than $ 750 on them with almost no results.

Then, I tried Nivea Cellulite Cream, for $ 20. After 2 months, it helped me with my leg cellulite, but I still had a lot of cellulite on my thighs, so I decided to stop using it! Guess what? After I had stopped using it, my cellulite became worst than it was before.

Then, I went to an expensive spa, were a friend of mine worked. She gave me a coupon and with it I got 50% off on a mud wrap. I still had to pay $79 for a session, and after 3 of them and no results I decided to drop them.

Then, I tried Velashape, for 2 months , and later, some special shoes for cellulite reduction. They didn’t work, so I started some special cellulite exercises – bought a CD online for $ 97.

The cellulite workouts were performed by a blond model and they were some very strange squats. After a few weeks my thighs got bigger, but somehow my cellulite was so mush worse!  I also started to have lower back pain, so I decided to stop doing the exercises. Soon after that my lower back pain stopped. So, my advice is to be very careful about the kind of exercises you do.

That’s when I decided I would try liposuction, but I was so afraid of it! I heard so many bad things about surgeries… At this point I haven’t whore shorts for over 8 months and my husband hasn’t seen me naked in months…. It was a horrible time for me! I SIMPLY COULD NOT GET RID OF CELLULITE EVEN THOUGH i WAS WORKING SO HARD.

Honestly, I don’t think is possible to do it so fast. In my experience you need a little more than that… I was able to get rid of cellulite in 2 months, and this article is about how I did it and how to get the maximum of your efforts in a weeks!!

In my opinion, if you are willing to do compromises and do the same steps that I did, but do them 2-3 times a day, not only once like I did, in a week, you can dramatically reduce your cellulite. Below is what you need to do if you want to get rid of cellulite in a week or reduce it, and then I’ll share my story, so read on!

1. Drink 2-3 litters of water each day! Mix it with other ingredients that have results on cellulite reduction!

2. Do coffee ground wraps 2 times per day!

3. Eat only raw foods: fruits and vegetables with a source of protein ( salads made with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, peppers, onions and a source of protein: lean fish or chicken, with nothing but olive oil)! Nothing else!

4. Do special cellulite removal exercises, 2 times per day!

How to create a routine to get rid of cellulite fast?

get rid of cellulite fast with my anti cellulite routineIf you really want to get rid of cellulite fast on back of thighs, first thing is to make the decision that you will start and then, to create a daily routine and to follow it until you are happy with the results…

Recent studies have shown that people in general don’t succeed in achieving their goals because of 2 main reasons:

1. They never start…. Because there are overwhelmed with so many options, and so much info, they don’t know which one to choose.

2. Even if they start, because they don’t create a routine to go through every day, they quit after a few weeks, sometimes days…

These things really happen with women. Because they don’t know how to start, they procrastinate…. they don’t create a daily routine to follow no matter what and this is the reason why 90 % of women that followed a cellulite treatment still have cellulite.

Why is important to have a routine? Simple…. Normally if you ad the time of all my daily anti cellulite actions, in total, I spend less that 45 minutes per day….. But if I don’t have the schedule made, and I am not organized, it can be over 2 hours…. Most women do not have 2 hours per day for cellulite removal. They have a job, kids, a husband and so many other things to do…. That’s why most of them start, and quit after a while….

When I started. I wrote down all the things that I had to do each day. Also I eliminated all the junk food from my house. Also cookies, a few bottles of coke, because a very important part in cellulite reduction is to avoid consuming these….

The routine that helped me get rid of cellulite fast

This was my daily cellulite routine, the one that I followed for 2 months:

– morning: drink a glass of lemon water, after 5 minutes, my easy exercise routine based mostly on squats and lunges! After that, oat cereals with light yogurt and whey protein powder ( just a little yogurt) – of course, there are a few other options for breakfast, than a shower…. and to work!

– late lunch: a fruit salad mixed with 2 veggies that really reduce cellulite.

– dinner:  grilled fish with grilled or fresh vegetables;

– drink 2-3 litters of lemon water in between and fresh juice from fruits and veggies; use the ones that are the best for cellulite reduction.

There was a little pressure, but I didn’t want to let my sister down. It worked!

So, my advice to you is to start TODAY! Set up your cellulite goal and don’t wait another day…. at least create the schedule TODAY and start tomorrow, but take action today!!!! You can do it!

My mistakes when getting rid of cellulite fast

mistakes when getting rid of celluliteIf you read my story, I am sure that you know that I desperately tried getting rid of cellulite fast on thighs, but none of the treatments and methods I used  worked.

I couldn’t understand why and I almost thought that I will never be able to get rid of cellulite fast from the back of my thighs and legs. All that mind frame chanced when I started to read the Cellulite factor program e-book. This was the moment when I understood that I was doing so many mistakes and because of them I couldn’t get rid of cellulite in the past months!

My mistakes when getting rid of cellulite fast

The no. 1 mistake was that I was not drinking 2-3 litters of water each day. The only way for getting rid of cellulite is to start drinking water.

The no. 2 mistake  was eating a lot of foods that are bad for your cellulite, and since I was eating them, none of the past cellulite treatments worked for me. I didn’t eat enough vegetables or fruits or cereals. They are a great source of fibers and make metabolism so much faster. Also, I use to take my proteins from fat meats like pork or ground beef, instead of lean sources like: chicken breast, fish or hump seeds.

Foods To Avoid if getting rid of cellulite fast on thighs fast

These are the foods that I was eating and thanks to Dr. Charles, are out of my diet.

Foods made with White Flour– I was eating bread every day, cookies almost every day, pasta, pizza. I loved things that come form the bakery. Now, I only eat bread, but in small quantities. Dr. Charles tells you how much you can eat.

Meats that are processed- I loved bacon, ham or ground beef. The problem is that these are full of
nitrates and other additives that were toxins for my body.

Trans Fats – At the age of almost 35 I realized that trans fats are a form of fat that is created through the process of hydrogenation and is often added to snack foods and frozen foods to increase their shelf life. Dr. Charles taught be a trick to quickly identify the foods that have trans fats and that way, avoid them!

Sugar Filled Beverages – I have to admit that I wasn’t drinking soda, but I was drinking so many other juices, witch I now know that contain a lot of sugar. The Cellulite Factor ebook showed me a few drinks that I was drinking every now and then, that were also so bad for my cellulite. The e-book has a list with all the beverages to avoid.

The no. 3 mistake not being careful about how I paired my foods together. Eat the wrong foods with each other and it may increase your risk of fat storage taking place and cause cellulite to occur. That’s when I remembered Tina, a friend of mine who, was eating so healthy, much healthier than me, but still she couldn’t lose her cellulite. This is the reason why!

Also the fruit intake should be to a max of half of pound per day, not more, because they contain fructose, a form of sugar.

get rid of cellulite fast tip # 12To get rid of cellulite fast, is a good goal, and you have to share it with the people that believe in you. That’s because believing in yourself is the last, not the first, stage in the evolution of Success.
The first stage is someone believes in you.
The second stage is you believe in someone else.
The final stage is you believe in you.

Just like you can never see your own eyes by looking from within yourself, you can never fully understand your true value from within yourself. And also you need to see with your own eyes that other people have gone through the same path where you are going, and have achieved their goal: To get rid of cellulite fast.
The thing that made a huge impact for me was the fact that after having bought the Cellulite Factor program, almost every day I received emails from Dr. Charles, and pictures with other women, just like me that got rid of cellulite using his program. get rid of celluliteIn order to get rid of cellulite, you’ve got to have a clear idea of what you want. A concrete goal allows you to be more productive working in the right direction.

Take some time to actually be 100% sure that this is what you want and why you want it. Make sure you write your goal on a piece of paper and you look at it, at least once a day.

Make a picture in your mind of how you will feel when you will accomplish your goal. Remember that feeling, because it will help you go on, through hard times.

If your goal is To get rid of your cellulite quickly, always think of yourself from now on, as you, with no cellulite, you who accomplished your goal.

Honestly, after starting to read the Cellulite Factor e-book, I understood that if I want to get rid of cellulite, I have to always think about times when I will be able to wear sexy clothes and stay in the sun in nothing but my bikinis.
