How to start your cellulite removal?

This post is about how to start your cellulite removal method and why a cleanse is the best way to start with….

Recent studies have shown that people in general don’t succeed in achieving their goals because of 2 main reasons:

1. They never start…. Because there are overwhelmed with so many options, and so much info, they don’t know which one to choose.

2. Even if they start, because they don’t create a routine to go through every day, they quit after a few weeks, sometimes days…

Why is important to have a routine? Simple…. Normally if you ad the time of all my daily anti cellulite actions, in total, I spend less that 45 minutes per day….. But if I don’t have the schedule made, and I am not organized, it can be over 2 hours…. Most women do not have 2 hours per day for cellulite removal. They have a job, kids, a husband and so many other things to do…. That’s why most of them start, and quit after a while….

The big difference here is that when I started I learned exactly how to start and I even got a meal plan and a journal to create my own routine.

How I started my last cellulite removal adventure

Here’s what I did when I started… First I took the decision that I will do this for 2 months no matter what… The thing is that the program lasts 2 months and has a refund policy after 2 months. I didn’t want to get my money back,  (come on!  it’s only 47 $). I only wanted to get rid of cellulite from my thighs and legs….

I started with a 2 weeks detoxification – an easy cleanse.

The thing is that a cleanse is centered on cleaning up your body of toxins. Now there are 2 major organs that detoxify your system. The liver and colon. When they are no longer working properly, toxins usually are not flushed from your body.

So, the first thing you need to do, to become successful with your natural cellulite treatment is to completely clean your liver and colon of toxins and fats. The easiest way to accomplish this is simply by drinking lots of lemon water – a minimum of 2-3 liters each day, mixed with some other ingredients that detoxify your body and to start a raw foods diet, mostly vegetables and fruits: eat salads with virgin olive oil. In 2-3 weeks the colon and liver are going to function properly as well as your body will start burning fats and eliminating your cellulite.

Every day. Also I was utilizing the coffee grind body wrap daily – this thing works like crazy and is the best way to get rid of cellulite naturally. Don’t worry, in the main book of the Program, all these are described in detail. SO, DO THE SAME TO GET RID OF CELLULITE!
