Do 15 minutes of: warming up 3 minutes: neck, arms and shoulders, abdomen and back, legs. Then for 3 minutes do squats. Then for 5 minutes do abdominal crunches. Then 1.5 minutes, pushups. If they are too difficult for you, do them standing on your knees. After this and a shower, all day you will be fresh! I started doing this not too long ago, but I feel great and toned.
