Even though they make you feel great short term, and give you lots of energy, they contain a lot of sugar and carbohydrates. And if your body doesn`t use them, they are stocked under the skin, as fat, and then you have cellulite.
The problem is that a lot of women have made a habit of eating a lot of sweets, and it is difficult to let go of bad habits. So the easiest way to do it, is to change this habit with another one. For example: every time you feel like eating something sweet, drink a glass of water or a fruit.

Sweets are bad if you want to get rid of cellulite

There is a big difference between the sugar from sweets and the one from fruits. In sweets you can find glucose. They transform to energy very fast, but if you don`t use it fast it is stocked as fat.

Meanwhile, the sugar in fruits is called fructose, and it transforms to energy slowly and you can use it thru ought the day, giving you long term energy. Because of that, fructose doesn’t transform into fat, only if you don`t do anything all day. Anyway I try to limit fruits to a maximum of 200-250 grams per day, and you should do too, if you want to get rid of cellulite.
So, reduce the quantity of sweets! In fact, if you want to get rid of cellulite fast, eliminate them from your diet! If you feel like going crazy if you don`t eat a cookie, make sure that it is before noon or eat a fruit! Long term, you will see that fat under your skin, and then your cellulite, going away!
