Most women like sweets, but if you want to get rid of cellulite quite fast they are bad for you. Chocolate, cookies, bonbons and many others! Even though they make you feel great short term, and give you lots of energy, they contain a lot of sugar and carbohydrates. And if your body doesn`t use them, they are stocked under the skin, as fat, and then you have cellulite.
The problem is that a lot of women have made a habit of eating a lot of sweets, and it is difficult to let go of bad habits. So the easiest way to do it, is to change this habit with another one. For example: every time you feel like eating something sweet, drink a glass of water or a fruit.
There is a big difference between the sugar from sweets and the one from fruits. In sweets you can find glucose. They transform to energy very fast, but if you don`t use it fast it is stocked as fat.
