If you read my story, I am sure that you know that I desperately tried getting rid of cellulite fast on thighs, but none of the treatments and methods I used worked.
I couldn’t understand why and I almost thought that I will never be able to get rid of cellulite fast from the back of my thighs and legs. All that mind frame chanced when I started to read the Cellulite factor program e-book. The no. 1 mistake was that I was not drinking 2-3 litters of water each day. The only way for getting rid of cellulite is to start drinking water.

The no. 2 mistake was eating a lot of foods that are bad for your cellulite, and since I was eating them, none of the past cellulite treatments worked for me. I didn’t eat enough vegetables or fruits or cereals. They are a great source of fibers and make metabolism so much faster. Also, I use to take my proteins from fat meats like pork or ground beef, instead of lean sources like: chicken breast, fish or hump seeds.
Foods To Avoid if getting rid of cellulite fast on thighs fast
These are the foods that I was eating and thanks to Dr. Charles, are out of my diet.
Foods made with White Flour– I was eating bread every day, cookies almost every day, pasta, pizza. I loved things that come form the bakery. Now, I only eat bread, but in small quantities. Dr. Charles tells you how much you can eat.
Meats that are processed- I loved bacon, ham or ground beef. The problem is that these are full of
nitrates and other additives that were toxins for my body.
Trans Fats – At the age of almost 35 I realized that trans fats are a form of fat that is created through the process of hydrogenation and is often added to snack foods and frozen foods to increase their shelf life. Dr. Charles taught be a trick to quickly identify the foods that have trans fats and that way, avoid them!
Sugar Filled Beverages – I have to admit that I wasn’t drinking soda, but I was drinking so many other juices, witch I now know that contain a lot of sugar. The Cellulite Factor ebook showed me a few drinks that I was drinking every now and then, that were also so bad for my cellulite. The e-book has a list with all the beverages to avoid.
The no. 3 mistake – not being careful about how I paired my foods together. Eat the wrong foods with each other and it may increase your risk of fat storage taking place and cause cellulite to occur. That’s when I remembered Tina, a friend of mine who, was eating so healthy, much healthier than me, but still she couldn’t lose her cellulite. This is the reason why!
Also the fruit intake should be to a max of half of pound per day, not more, because they contain fructose, a form of sugar.
Dr. Charles taught me the exact quantities and which foods to eat to get rid of cellulite fast. I even got a meal plan and his personal cook book for getting rid of cellulite fast! A tip for you: never mix simple carbohydrates with fats!
The no. 4 mistake was not taking any dietary supplements.
